May 17 - Day at Sea

May 18 - Georgetown Grand Cayman    8am - 4pm

May 19 - Ocho Rios, Jamaica     8am -  4pm

May 20 - Day at Sea

May 21 - Nassau, Bahamas   9am - 5pm

May 22 - Miami Disembark


Group Rates for 20 cabins only!

All cabin rates are based on double occupancy.  We have several cabin categories/prices locked in.  


Currently, the group rates are the same as shown now on the Margaritaville At Sea website.  These are the rates we have locked in for our group and the taxes and fees are included in these prices;


Cozy Interior Cabins              $699 (per person)

Cozy Interior Quad Cabins    $699 per adult, ($475 per child, max 2)

Picturesque Oceanview         $979 (per person)

Picturesque Oceanview Quad  $999 per adult, ($615 per child, max 2)

Breezy Balcony                      $1119 (per person)

Breezy Balcony Quad            $1139 per adult, $454 per child (2 adults, 2 child)

Grand Terrace Suite               $2479 per adult


You can also pick a cabin type that is not on this list (they offer Partial Oceanview for example).  That said, the sooner you book the better chance you have of securing our group pricing and the cabin(s) you want.


Pick Your Cabin(s)

If you want your cabin to be near someone else’s then I suggest you agree on the types of cabins you’ll want ahead of time so the agent can coordinate that for you.


As a reminder, this is YOUR 75th BIRTHDAY CRUISE, not a High School reunion cruise.  Feel free to invite your family or friends to celebrate with you.


Our booking agent has blocked out cabins, in most categories, that are near each other but you can ask for any cabin type and location you want.


You are able to go on their website and play around with cabin types and prices without completing the booking.


If you want to familiarize yourself with different cabin deck locations, I found a site you can actually read! The PDF currently on the MAS website of deck plans is not interactive so use this link of this ship from it’s previous life!

You will only need a deposit to hold your cabin with full payment due by January 15th and the option to make payments.

The Shit Happens Travel Insurance

If you were applying for the Chase Sapphire Preferred Card I told you about in the last newsletter and don’t have it yet, no worries.  You only need to put a portion of your booking expense, not all of it, on the card to take advantage of the travel insurance benefits!

 NEWSLETTER SEPTEMBER 2024 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁 REUNION CHECKLIST 15 DAYS AND COUNTING! It's here!  It's time!  Over two years of planning our Destination Reunion are behind us and we are down to a checklist! This morning we are learning the worst of what Hurricane Helene gave the west coast and panhandle of Florida and our thoughts and prayers are for everyone in her path.  The wind bands extended 100 miles from her center and registered 144 MPH as as category 4 major hurricane so it was hard not to feel her affects anywhere on the west coast.  Those of us on the east coast of Florida experienced two days of intermittent squalls and no flooding as Helene churned up the Gulf Wednesday and Thursday and that includes our Destination Reunion Hotel in Deerfield Beach which is safe and sound awaiting our arrival!  NEWSLETTER JULY 2024 🌞  🌞  🌞  🌞  🌞  🌞   🌞   SUMMER SHENANIGANS! Summer is definitely here!  Across the country, all schools are out on summer break.  Some kids will travel, some will work or go to camp and yes, some will get into trouble.  It was summer in Commack and look what I found in an old photo album from back in the day ( and I did not get into trouble but I did have an accomplice! )  Jamie Blackwood at Jack-in-the-Box on Jericho Turnpike, Commack , N.Y.      Photo Credit: Barbara Ficalora A few observations...  First, check out the sneakers!  They are still cool and I know because I ran into a teen recently wearing a pair and I made sure to compliment her on her footwear.
